THE TRICK TO STOPPING YOUR FOUNDATION FROM CAKING

There is nothing worse than looking in the mirror, only to discover that your foundation is all cakey. Cakey foundation never looks good and you definitely wont be getting many compliments if it happens to you. There are several things you can do to keep cakiness at bay so that you always look flawless and fabulous, no matter how long you wear your foundation. Heres how to stop it.

1. CHOOSE A FOUNDATION FOR YOUR SKIN TYPE.

If you have oily skin, a foundation made for dry skin is never going to work for you, and vice versa. When you pick out foundation read the label carefully to make sure its one that aligns with your skin type is a really easy way to be sure your foundation stays flawless all day.

2. PREP YOUR SKIN WITH AN ASTRIGENT.

An astringent is meant to make your skin less oily and will clean your skin and close your pores. Astringent cream can be used at night and astringent lotion suggested to form part of a skin cleansing routine before makeup is applied during the day. It is the perfect finishing preparation for oily skins Eg Clinique clarifying lotion, garnier pore purifying astringent etc . This especially important if you have oily skin because it will get your skin ready for foundation so it never cakes up on you. No more cakey foundation for you.

3.USE A MATTIFYING FOUNDATION RATGER THAN A CREAMY ONE.

A matte look is what we all want because it means we aren't sweaty or shiny. Creamy foundations are more prone to caking. Mattifying foundations always the best.

4. MAKE EXFOLIATION A NORMAL PART OF YOUR ROUTINE.

Part of getting foundation that doesn't cake is creating a smooth surface to apply it to get your skin in prime shape for your foundation, start including exfoliation as part of your skincare routine once or twice a week. Exfoliation removes dry, dead skin ceels and makes your skin the perfect place for any kind of foundation.

 5. LAYER FOUNDATION OVER A GOOD MOISTURIZER .

Before any foundation make sure you use a good moisturizer for your skin type. First hydrated skin holds on better to your foundation so it makes sense to apply a good facial cream before. Always include it as part of your skin care routine. You will never be sorry.

6. USE THIN LAYERS OF FOUNDATION.

The more foundation you apply to your face, the higher risk of caking. To prevent it from happening, apply foundation, apply foundation in thin layers if the first layer isn't enough you can add another thin layer around areas you want covered more until get the look you want,.

7. NEVER EVER FORGET TO SET YOUR FOUNDATION.

Powder helps your foundation, which helps keep caking at bay. the trick is to only apply the powder top areas that get oily. Too much powder can also lead to caking so you don't want to go over board.

WAYS TO KEEP YOUR EYELINER FROM RUNNING

Eyeliner is one of my favorite makeup item to wear, but I often find that most people have difficulty in avoiding it from running by the end of the day. If you would like to know a few ways to keep your eyeliner from running then keep reading. These are various true tips that really work. Just pick one that works best for you

1. USE A GOOD BRAND OF EYELINER .

Most people don't pay attention to the eyeliners they buy for there makeup. One thing you can do to keep your eyeliner from running is pay attention to the brand of your eyeliner . If you can afford a good brand then go for it to get a perfect eye look and avoid it from running try Inglot gel liner 77. If you want to stick to affordable brands try NYC, Maybelline, Zaron gel liner, La colors , Revlon, L'Oreal eyeliners.

2. APPLY CONCEALER UNDER YOUR EYE

I hate it when my eyeliner seeps into the little lines below my eye. It always makes me look like I have a black eye. To prevent this from happening . I found that applying concealer before I put on eyeliner will help this problem. The concealer sorts of fills in the lines, and also creates a barrier so the eyeliner has to stay put.

3. USE EYELINER ON YOUR WATER LINE AND SHADOW UNDER YOUR LOWER LASHES.

Its easier for your liner to smudge when its on your lower lash line. That's why you should apply only on your water line and use same color of eye shadow on your lower lash line and apply mascara on your lower lashes to keep it all in place.

4. USE WATER PROOF LINER.

If your skin is a bit oily. Use waterproof liner to keep your eye makeup from running and staying in place all day.

5. APPLY POWDER.

Another way to set your eyeliner and prevent it from running is to apply pressed powder. Using a flat-headed eye shadow brush, apply pressed powder to the edge of your lash line to soak up any excess oil. This will help prep your eyes for makeup and decrease the chances of it running or fading.

HOW TO FIX A MASCARA SMUDGE WITHOUT RUINING ALL OF YOUR MAKEUP

You don't have to wash off all of your makeup when you smudge your mascara. There's and easy way for you to fix the mess without ruining your foundation, eyeshadow and eyeliner. All you have to do is follow this tips.

All you need to do is grab a Q-tip and makeup remover and whip off that little mascara smudge and go back with your flat concealer brush and just dab on that area to even it out. With this tip you can remove the smudge without ruining the rest of your makeup.

KYLIE JENNER'S MASCARA TRICK IS KIND OF WEIRD BUT KIND OF AMAZING

This is really simple and you can probably do it already by accident. When you apply mascara, you probably try not to get it on your skin and to keep the product on your lashes only. And when you do get mascara on your eyelids or under your eyes, you're quick to remove it, right? Well according to Kylie jenner's makeup artist Joyce boneth, we've all been doing it wrong. Personally I love learning new  tricks when doing my makeup. This mascara trick I figured was amazing and made my eye look very dramatic and I loved it and never stopped doing it.

In a tutorial on Kylie's app, Joyce explains that applying mascara she lets the wand hit the skin below Kylie's eyes that gives her eyes a more dramatic look, almost like you would get if you applied black eyeliner.

If you get too much mascara under your eyes, you can just remove a bit with a Q-tip and makeup remover. It's such an easy trick, but totally genius, smudgy liner gives you that edgy pretty vibe, and this way you can achieve the look with only one product. Thanks, Kylie and Joyce.

PERFECT YOUR BRONZER WITH THIS SIMPLE TECHNIQUE

As a general rule of Thumb, you should choose a shade of bronzer that is one or two shades darker than your natural skin tone.

Bronzer should be applied straight after your contour or blush since the two of them work closely together. To warm up the face and give a natural look, remember less is more.

It's definitely worth giving this technique a go if you haven't already to achieve a better result.

      1. APPLICATION AREAS

You should apply a bronzer to the following areas:
     Top of forehead and hairline
     Bridge of the nose
     Tip of the chin
     On the cheekbones
     Side of the neck
     Edges of the face

     2. NUMBER 3' TECHNIQUE

Many people don't know about applying bronzer is you do it with a contoured look, using a quick and easy technique. On both sides of the face, make a "3" shape starting at the forehead and bring it down in a swift movement over the cheekbones, before bringing it back down over your jawline.

     3. THE 3 RULE

     4. OVER ALL EFFECT

This ensures bronzer is added to all the right places on the sides of the face and the good news being that you can achieve a complete warm and gorgeous look.

THE SINGLE LADIES GUIDE TO SURVIVING VALENTINES DAY

So a lot of single ladies dread Valentine's Day? Because it's a day that becomes a constant reminder that we're single ๐Ÿ˜‚ and don't have a BAE to share the day with. But does it really have to suck for all of us No way!
Here are some few things to engage yourself when this day rolls around and  remember, you're not the only single one out there!

     1. AVOID ROMANTIC AREAS
There's nothing worse ( for a single lady ) on Valentine's Day when everywhere you go is filled with couples all over the place. Do yourself a massive favor by staying away from certain areas such as the cinemas, restaurants, malls. Trust me, you'll feel much better not having to witness great displays of love and gifts.  Stay away from social media cause that can also put you in a certain mood when you see your friends having so much fun and getting gifts from BAE ๐Ÿ˜‚. You don't want that to happen๐Ÿ˜ฌ

     2. CURL UP WITH A GOOD BOOK
This day is a great excuse for us single ladies to grab our favorite book and make yourself a nice cocktail or a cup of tea whatever you fancy and curl up on the sofa or bed. Make sure the book is a good one and can keep you occupied for several hours, which is the best way to kill time until the day is over. This day doesn't have to be boring for single ladies.

     3. WATCH YOUR FAVORITE MOVIES
This is also a great way to pass the time and distract yourself. Just make sure you stay away from watching movies about love lol! . Go the extra mile and light some candles, grab a glass of wine and a warm snugly blanket and curl up somewhere comfortable so you feel good.

     4. TREAT YOURSELF AND FAMILY
Don't hesitate to treat yourself on Valentine's Day! Everyone else is, right? This could be getting your family gifts or taking yourself shopping..... Whatever you love to do. It's a great idea to treat yourself because you must remember that you deserve to have fun and enjoy something special too.

     5. MAKE YOURSELF FEEL GOOD
Do anything that makes you feel good whether that's baking, cooking, dressing up, catching up on your sleep. I personally would dress up and take some bomb ass photos and watch a movie. Enjoy your alone time. Valentine's Day is one that many single people  dread each year so ladies make this one memorable in a good way instead of bad.

HOTTEST NAIL TREND OF 2016....

     1. COFFIN NAILS
One of the 2016 trends that Pinterest predicts are named coffin nails! This nail trend started since 2015 and it seems to be the nails every girl is doing right now. I personally started doing coffin nails since 2015 and that's like my signature style. It seems as though they are going to be replaced by those in known as coffin nails- Long, colorful nails that have a sharp, horizontal cut along the top of them to give them a rigid coffin look. They might seem odd to begin with, but coffin nails look great and have a much higher degree of practicality about them than other shapes.
